Ms. García is a Vice President at PanAmerican Capital Group. She is mainly involved in the management of PanAmerican’s international infrastructure finance funds in Colombia and Mexico. Prior to PanAmerican Capital, Ms. García co-founded a consulting firm that provides advisory services in international commodity trading. From 2002 to 2005, Ms. García practiced law in New York, working in acquisitions, negotiations, due diligence and providing counsel on international law issues. From 1998 to 2002, Ms. García was the Consul for Legal Affairs at the Colombian Consulate in New York. Before moving to New York, she practiced law in Bogota, Colombia.

Ms. García received an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an LLM from Fordham Law School, and a LLB from Universidad del Rosario. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Republic of Colombia.
