Berrendo was created for the purpose of acquiring water rights in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, constructing 145 miles of 36-inch diameter pipeline, and delivering water for domestic and commercial use to high growth areas along the Rio Grande corridor of New Mexico. Pipeline construction is expected to commence in the first half of 2010.



Created by PanAmerican Capital, along with its strategic and financial partners, the Colombian Infrastructure Group (CIG), is a specialty finance entity that operates an infrastructure financing fund in Colombia. Owned and managed by PanAmerican Capital and its strategic and financial partners, CIG will make loans to support municipal infrastructure projects, primarily in the water sector. The fund will issue long-term, highly-rated local currency bonds in the Colombian capital market to provide capital for the project loans. The pool of loans will be credit-enhanced, using domestic Colombian credit support mechanisms.
